There are lots of useful guides to preparing for Reconciliation by examining your conscience. Here's one using the Ten Commandments and another using the Beatitudes.
If you need a refresher on the mechanics of cebrating the sacrament, check this out. But remember, the priest will be there to help you, and it is way more important to become reconciled with Christ and the Church than it is to look cool doing it.
